      针对投影仪自带校正功能普遍存在校正精度低、尺度小、操作繁琐的问题,利用光纤传感技术与格雷码结构光模型设计了一种扫描定位自动校正系统.与传统方法相比,该系统不仅能快速有效地完成空间定位,而且易操作性强.实验原型的测试结果表明:嵌入式光纤传感器能准确地检测到不同编码的结构光信号,上位机通过传感器反馈的信息可得出准确的目标点坐标,投射图像的梯形失真校正效果明显,系统达到预期设计目标.
英文摘要:
      Aiming at projector calibration problems with the low precision, small-scale and complicated operation of the vendors, an automatic correction system based on scanning and positioning technique was developed. Meanwhile fiber-optic sensors and Gray coding structured-light model were applied to set up the system. Compared with traditional methods, the system can not only position the spatial orientation fast and efficiently, but also be maneuverable. The test on the experimental prototype showed that the embedded optical fiber sensors can accurately detect optical signals of different coding structures, and the host computer can produce the accurate target coordinates depending on the feedback information from the transducers. Hence the effect of the keystone correction is obvious and the expected design goals of the system are achieved well.
