      以二氯化钯为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用NaCl制得的Na2PdCl2乙醇溶液直接与二叔丁基-(4-二甲基氨基苯基)膦(Amphos)反应,制备了双[二叔丁基-(4-二甲基氨基苯基)膦]二氯化钯[(Amphos)2PdCl2],通过元素分析和核磁共振谱表征了其化学结构,研究了催化剂在氯苯与苯硼酸的Suzuki反应中的催化活性.结果表明: 该催化剂条件温和、收率较高,适合工业化生产,且其Suzuki偶联反应活性高,产率可达到93%.

      Bis[di-tert-butyl(4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphine]dichloropalladium [(Amphos)2PdCl2] was synthesized by reacting di-tert-butyl (4-dimethylaminophenyl)phosphine (Amphos) with Na2PdCl2, which was prepared in advance by reacting palladium chloride and sodium chloride in ethanol. The structure of the complex was confirmed by 1H NMR, 31P NMR and elemental analysis. The catalytic activity was tested for the Suzuki reaction between chlorobenzene and phenylboronic acid. The result indicated that the preparation of the catalyst was mild, of high yield, and was suitable for industrial production. The catalyst also exhibited high activity for the Suzuki reaction with a yield of 93%.
