      为研究糖蜜除氯树脂的再生废液脱色,采用40 mg/L硫酸铝和5 ml/L聚丙烯酰胺处理100 mL再生废液10~15 min,在酸化条件下用6 g/L活性炭沉淀吸附4 h,在少量亚铁离子下用1.0 mL双氧水氧化2 h,使用铂钴比色法测量了脱色前和脱色后溶液的色度,比较了各种脱色工艺的脱色率.研究结果表明:混凝沉淀-吸附剂吸附-物理化学催化氧化脱色的组合工艺脱色率较高,成本低且不会造成二次污染.

      In this study, the decoloration of wastewater regenerated by dechlorinated molasses resin was studied. 100 mL of the regenerated wastewater was treated with 40 mg/L aluminum sulfate and 5 mL/L polyacrylamide (coagulation process) for 10~15 min, in combination with acidification precipitation with 6 g/L activated carbon adsorption for 4 h, and then with 1.0 mL hydrogen peroxide oxidation under trace ferrous ion for 2 h. The de-coloration rates were compared by measuring the color scale of the wastewater before and after de-coloration using chromium-cobalt colorimetry. The results showed that by a combination of coagulation precipitation, adsorbent adsorption, physical and chemical catalytic oxidation de-colorization processes, high de-colorization rate could be obtained. This process was also of low cost and did not cause secondary pollution.
