      以人造沸石为原料采用化学共沉淀方法制得磁性沸石,并对其吸附溶液中氨氮的性能进行了评价.FTIR和XRD分析表明:Fe以Fe3O4的形式存在于磁性沸石中;磁性沸石吸附溶液中的氨氮是一个自发的放热反应,吸附速率较快,10 min即达到吸附平衡;溶液pH 3~11时对吸附未产生明显影响,但pH低于3或高于11不利于吸附;25℃、pH=6条件下,磁性沸石对氨氮的最大吸附量为42.41 mg/g.

      Magnetic zeolite was prepared by chemical coprecipitation process based on artificial zeolite and the adsorption of ammonia nitrogen in solution was evaluated. XRD and FTIR characterization showed that Fe existed in the form of Fe3O4 in the magnetic zeolite. Ammonia nitrogen adsorption in magnetic zeolites solution is a spontaneous exothermic reaction. The adsorption rate was fast and reached adsorption equilibrium in 10 min. The adsorption was not affected significantly by pH value in the range of 3~ 11, but pH value less than 3 or more than 11 was not good for adsorption. Under the condition of 25℃ and pH=6, the maximum adsorption capacity of the magnetic zeolite for ammonia nitrogen was 42.42 mg/g.
