      利用 Pléiades( 普莱亚) 高分辨率影像, 融合单波段影像和多光谱影像, 改进了省级园林城市遥感解译技术. 使用限定化归一化植被指数( NDVI) ,结合统计规律,在绿地信息提取过程中引入蓝光波段, 较好地提取了绿地信息,结合恩施市鹤峰县地域特点,完成了园林城市遥感指数的计算, 解译出公园绿地、 附属绿地、 生产绿地、 防护 绿地和其他绿地,在此基础上,提出了国家园林城市的遥感解译技术的方法与步骤及在土地覆盖土地利用中绿地信息提取方法.
英文摘要:
      Based on Pléiades high resolution image, fuse single band image and multispectral image, improvement is made for the national garden city remote sensing technology, using the restriction of normalized difference vegetation index ( NDVI) , combined with the statistical law, bring in the blue band in greenbelt information extraction to obtain a better extraction effect. Combined with the area of Hefeng County of Enshi City, we complete the calculation of garden city remote sensing index and interpretation of a park green land, attached green land, production green land, protection green land and other green land, and provide a complete line of thought and for the interpretation of remote sensing technology to realize the national garden city while we give the corresponding technical means in the extraction of green land information in land cover and land use.
