      利用硅胶、 Sephadex LH-20、 中压液相色谱、 高效液相色谱等色谱技术对九蒸九制后的多花黄精进行分离纯化,并运用现在波谱技术( ESI-MS, 1H NMR,13C NMR) 进行结构鉴定. 从组分一中分离得到 8 个化合物, 分别鉴定为交链孢酚(1)、环(L-亮-L-异亮)二肽(2)、5,7-二羟基-6,8-二甲基-3-( 4'-羟基苯基) chroman-4-酮(3)、5,7-二羟基-6-甲基-8-甲氧基-3-( 4'-羟基苯基) chroman-4-酮(4)、3-(9,12-十八碳二烯酰基) 甘油(5)、1,4-二呋喃基-2,3-二羟基-1,4-丁二酮(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、8-羟基色原酮(8) . 体外活性测试结果显示: 化合物6具有一定的抗炎活性,抑制率为4.84%,IC50值为35.4 μmol /L( 对照品为57.8%,IC50值为26.4) ,但化合物6没有明显的体外胰脂肪酶抑制活性.

      The chemical constituents from the methanol extract of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua after “nine-steam-ninebask”were isolated and purified by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, medium pressure liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated from fraction 1 by modern spectrum technology as alternariol( 2) , cyclo-( L-Leu -L-Ile) ( 2) ,5,7-dihydroxy-6, 8-dimethyl-3-( 4'-hydroxybenzyl ) chroman-4-one ( 3) , 5, 7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-8-methoxy-3-( 4'-hydroxybenzyl) chroman-4-one( 4) , 3-( 9, 12-Octadecadienoyl) glycerol( 5) , 1, 4-difuranyl-2, 3-dihydroxy-1, 4-butanedione ( 6) , 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxadehyde ( 7) , 8-hydroxychromone ( 8) . In the in vitro activity assays, compound 6 showed obvious anti-inflammatory activity and the inhibition rate was 44.8%, the IC50 value was 35.5 μmol /L ( 57.9% and 26.5 μmol /L for the reference) .However,compound 6 had no inhibitory effect on pancveatic lipase.
