      N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸为配体,采用水热法一步合成了掺杂型ZnAgInS2四元量子点,系统地考察了不同合成条件对所制备的量子点荧光性能的影响,运用紫外、荧光、红外光谱、透射电镜图谱及X射线能谱对其进行了表征,并考查了常见金属离子对于检测体系的干扰情况.结果表明:以该量子点作为荧光探针实现了对痕量铜离子的选择性检测,线性范围是0.15~1.5 μmol·L-1,该方法具有较强的抗干扰能力.

      In this paper, ZnAgInS2 water-soluble quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method using N-acetyl-L-cysteine as the ligand. The effects of different synthesis conditions on the fluorescence properties of the prepared quantum dots were systematically investigated and the prepared quantum dots were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, IR, TEM and X-ray energy spectroscopy. The interference of common metal ions to the detection system was also investigated.The results showed that selective detection of trace copper ions was achieved with the quantum dot as the fluorescent probe. The linear range was from 0.15—1.5 μmol·L-1. This method possessed a strong anti-interference ability.
