      以1-乙基碘化-2-甲基苯并噻唑为原料,合成了一种新的噻唑衍生物(化合物1),并通过1H NMR、MS谱表征了其结构.以检测水溶液中HSO3为目的,利用紫外-可见光谱研究了Clˉ,Br,I,NO3,H2PO4,CO32–,HCO3,ClO4,SO42–,Ac,HS,HSO3等常见阴离子对化合物1光谱的影响.研究表明结果表明:化合物1识别HSO3, 响应时间快、检测限低(0.21 μmol·L-1);化合物1也能识别HS, 其检测限为2.5 μmol·L-1,但需较长的反应时间.因此,在短时间、低浓度下,HS对HSO3的识别无明显干扰,此新的噻唑衍生物可用于快速选择性检测HSO3.
英文摘要:
      A new thiazole derivative(compound 1) was synthesized from 2-methyl-1-ethyl benzothiazole iodide, and then characterized by 1H NMR and MS. For the purpose of detection of HSO3 in aqueous solution, the interactions between the compound and some common anions, including Cl,Br,I,NO3,H2PO4,CO32–,HCO3,ClO4,SO42–,Ac,HS and HSO3were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results showed that HSO3 could be recognized by compound 1 with fast response time and low detection limit(0.21 μmol·L-1). Compound 1 also displayed recognition of HS with a detection limit of 2.5 μmol·L-1, but the process took much longer time. Thus the presence of HS presented no obvious interference for detecting HSO3 in a short time and low concentration. The new thiazole derivative can therefore be used for the rapid and selective detection of HSO3.
