      以立方体和颗粒状CeO2为载体制备了Ni基催化剂,运用TEM,XRD,N2物理吸附-脱附和H2-TPD等对Ni-CeO2进行了表征,在固定床反应器上评价了其催化CRM反应性能.催化剂回收并采用TG,TEM和拉曼光谱等进行了表征,评价了其烧结和积碳性能.结果表明:较颗粒Ni-CeO2催化剂,具有特殊(200)晶面的立方体 Ni-CeO2催化剂的催化活性和稳定性更佳.载体CeO2立方体的形貌和特殊晶面对镍催化剂在甲烷二氧化碳重整反应性能具有良好的促进作用

      Cubic and granular CeO2 supported nickel catalysts (Ni-CeO2) were prepared and characterized by TEM,XRD,N2 physical adsorption-desorption and H2-TPD. The catalytic performance in carbon dioxide reforming of methane (CRM) were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The catalysts were also recovered and characterized by TG, TEM and Raman spectroscopy to evaluate the sintering and carbon deposition.The results showed that the cubic CeO2 supported catalysts exposing the (200) crystal faces exhibited superior catalytic activity and stability compared with the granular CeO2 supported nickel.The morphology and special crystal faces of the CeO2 (cube) may promote the catalytic performance in CRM.
