      以底栖藻和沉水植物代表苦草为研究对象,研究了丝状底栖藻毛枝藻、刚毛藻和底栖藻类复合体藻垫等不同类型的底栖藻在与苦草混合培养时,培养系统对高营养负荷猪粪废水中氮磷的去除效率及不同底栖藻类对苦草生长的影响. 结果表明: 不同底栖藻-苦草处理系统对高磷负荷(8 mg/L) 猪粪废水中的 COD 有较好的去除效果,去除率均高于87%,其中,藻垫-苦草系统的化学需氧量(COD) 、总磷和总氮的去除率最高; 在中等磷浓度(4 mg/L)条件下,藻垫-苦草系统去除废水磷的效果最好. 底栖藻类的存在减缓了营养负荷对苦草生长的抑制效应; 在中等磷浓度条件下,藻垫和苦草共培养,最有利于苦草的恢复重建.

      The removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus in high phosphorus loading piggery wastewater was studiedwith different types of benthic algae —V. natans systems(periphyton mats —V. natans, filamentous benthic algae —V. natans) in laboratory-scale experiment. The benthic algae included benthic periphyton mats and two types of filamentous benthic algae:Cladophora sp. , Stigeoclonium sp. Furthermore, the influence of different benthic algae on the growth of V. natans was studied. The results indicated that benthic algae — V. natans systems had potential to remove COD (Chemical oxygen demand) in high phosphorus loading piggery wastewater (8 mg/L) and the removal rate was over 87%. Periphyton mats —V. natans systems had better removal rates of COD, TP (Total Phosphorus) and TN (Total Nitrogen) than the other two systems. Besides, the best removal efficiency of phosphorus of periphyton mats —V. natans was in medium phosphorus concentration (4 mg/L) . The presence of benthic algae slowed down the inhibiting effect of nutrient loading on the growth of —V. natans. Additionally, the wastewater mixed with periphyton mats and in medium phosphorus concentration were the most favorable condition for the re-establishment of —V. natans
