      电气设备的高压试验大多属于破坏性试验, 容易引起设备故障和人身伤亡.为了评估实验室高压试验的 安全风险,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,以试验环境风险因素、试验设备风险因素、人员素质风险因素、现场 管理风险因素、应急与事故风险因素为目标层建立安全指标评价体系, 并对新疆某高压实验室高压试验安全风险 进行了相应的定量计算.计算结果表明: 建立的三层评价体系, 经过一致性校验,CR 值均小于 0.1, 即证明所确定的目标层和准则层各影响因素权重是合理的; 监护制度管理和应急准备评分值最低, 说明该高压实验室高压试验安 全体系中监管体制不够严格,同时安全风险的应急准备不充分; 高压试验安全等级综合评价最终的综合评价值为 0.7181,表明该高压试验室安全风险管控处于安全的状态.该评价方法可为电力行业高压实验室高压试验安全管理 提供参考.

      The high voltage test of electrical equipment is mostly destructive testing, which can easily lead to equipment failure and personal injury. In order to evaluate the safety risk of high-voltage test in laboratory, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used. The safety index evaluation system was established based on the test environment risk factors, test equipment risk factors, personnel quality risk factors, site management risk factors, emergency and accident risk factors. The safety risk of high voltage test in a high voltage laboratory in Xinjiang was quantitatively calculated. The calculation results show that: the three-layer evaluation system is established, and the CR value is all less than 0.1 by the consistency check. It is reasonable to prove the influence factors of the target layer and criterion layer; the monitoring system management and emergency preparedness score are the lowest, which indicates that the supervision system in the high voltage test safety system of the high voltage laboratory is not strict enough. Meanwhile, the emergency preparedness for security risks is inadequate; the overall evaluation value of the comprehensive evaluation in the high voltage test safety grade is 0.7181, which indicates that the safety risk control of the high voltage laboratory is in a safe state. The evaluation method can provide reference for the high voltage test safety management in the power industry.
