      为优化达托霉素发酵条件,通过单因素试验和响应面方法研究了达托霉素发酵条件温度、pH值、接种量、通风量和搅拌转速. 结果表明:优化后的发酵工艺条件为温度 27.74 ℃、pH值8.36、接种量8.48%、通风量6.13 L/min、搅拌转速242 r/min,在此条件下达托霉素的产量可达880.48 mg/L,比最新报道的达托霉素发酵效价提高了132%. 本方法大幅度提高了达托霉素产量,对达托霉素工业化生产提供了可靠的研究基础.

      In order to optimize the fermentation conditions of daxymycin, the fermentation conditions of daxymycin, temperature, pH, inoculation, ventilation and stirring speed, were studied by single factor test and response surface method. The results showed that the optimized fermentation process conditions were 27.74 ℃, pH 8.36, inoculation 8.48 %, ventilation 6.13 L/ min, and stirring speed 242 r/min. Under this condition, the yield of daxymycin can reach 880.48 mg/L, which is 132% higher than the newly reported fermentative effective potency of daxymycin. This study has greatly increased the production efficiency of daxymycin and provided a reliable research basis for the industrial production of daxymycin.
