      水体污染及达标天然养殖水面的日益萎缩似乎是导致我国高品质生鲜淡水鱼越来越少的原因,但据观察和研究尚有其他重要原因有待深入探讨。系统梳理了关于淡水鱼品质研究方面的国内外相关研究文献,剖析了淡水鱼品质研究中未被重点关注的几个问题,即:价格一直未能跟上物价上涨的步伐,养殖户单位收益偏低;淡水鱼产品市场信息不对称,好品质卖不上好价格,市场劣币驱逐良币;养殖、看护、运输成本高企不利于养殖企业(或养殖户)的良性发展;养殖产业市场组织结构障碍不利于行业产品品质提升。指出我国小龙虾产业发展的成功经验和发展模式在淡水鱼养殖产业中不可简单复制。最后,提出了促进高品质生鲜淡水鱼市场兴盛的主要措施。
英文摘要:
      It seems to be that water pollution and the diminishing qualified natural aquaculture water lead to the high quality freshwater fish output decreasing. According to the research and observation , there must be another reasons should to be approached. the references abroad and domestic are soredt out systematically ,several questions usually being paid no attention are expounded ,they are: the rise of freshwater fish price lag behind the average price lead to the narrowed farmers' profit; the information asymmetry lead to the bad money drives out good; the cost rise of aquaculture,foster and transport do harm to the farmers' prosperous development; the organizational structure of aquaculture obstacles the quality improvement of freshwater fish. The viewpoint that the development experience of crayfish can not to be copied into the freshwater fish aquaculture is pointed out. Several main countermeasures for flourishing the freshwater fish are put forward.
