      为研究臭氧微气泡(OMB)对印染废水的处理效果,以活性艳红X-3B模拟印染废水,考察了X-3B初始浓度、溶液初始pH值、臭氧通量对X-3B降解的影响.结果表明:X-3B在酸性条件下,X-3B初始浓度越低,臭氧通量越大,去除效果越好.当X-3B浓度为50 mg/L,O3通量为5.40 mg/L,溶液初始pH值为5时,反应30 min后X-3B的去除率为99.74%.反应过程中,溶液pH值均有不同程度的降低.动力学分析显示X-3B臭氧微气泡氧化过程符合准一级动力学方程,猝灭实验验证了体系反应过程中有·OH和O2·的产生,且主要活性物质为O2·,为降解机理的深入研究提供了参考.

      In order to investigate the effect of ozone microbubbles (OMB) on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater, reactive brilliant red X-3B was used to simulate wastewater and the X-3B initial concentration, the initial pH value, and ozone flux on the degradation were investigated. The results showed that a lower initial concentration of X-3B and higher ozone flux was favorable for the removal of X-3B under acidic condition. With an X-3B concentration of 50 mg/L, O3 flux of 5.40 mg/L and pH of 5, the decolorization efficiency of X-3B reached 99.74% after 30 minutes. During the process, the pH of the solution decreased in different degrees. Kinetic analysis indicated that the microbubble ozonation of X-3B followed the pseudo first order reaction.Quenching experiment confirmed the production of hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical in the reaction system, with the main active species being superoxide radical. The result may serve as a reference for further research on the degradation mechanism.
