      为了优化水凝胶的性能,研究水凝胶的药物缓释作用,设计了一种由氧化海藻酸(OSA)交联的海藻酸/明胶(SA/Ge)pH敏感型复合水凝胶,对其进行了红外光谱、XRD、TG分析,测定了水凝胶的溶胀率,探讨了该复合水凝胶体系的释药行为及机制,分析了四种模型方程对药物释放行为的拟合结果.结果表明:该水凝胶体系的溶胀率可达36倍,对大分子药物牛血清白蛋白具有一定的体外缓释效果,它在模拟胃肠液的释药机制属于骨架型扩散机制释放.

      To optimize the performance of hydrogels and study their sustained release effect, a pH-sensitive SA/Ge composite hydrogel crosslinked by OSA was designed. FTIR, XRD, and TG analysis were carried out and the swelling rate of the hydrogel was determined. Drug release behavior and mechanism of the composite hydrogel system were investigated, and the fitting results of four model equations were analyzed. The results showed that the swelling rate of the hydrogel system could reach 36, and showed a certain degree of sustained release effect for the macromolecular drug bovine serum albumin in vitro. The sustained release effect of the composite hydrogel in simulated gastrointestinal tract was attributed to a skeleton diffusion mechanism.
