      ?阳荷为我国西南地区重要的药食两用植物,研究建立了阳荷水分、灰分、(水/ 醇)浸出物、挥发油、总黄酮、 总生物碱、总多糖及 5 种糖含量测定方法,并测定了各化学组分的抗菌活性. 结果表明阳荷鲜品中含有水分 (94.12%)、灰分(4.51%)、水浸出物(28.22%)、醇浸出物(38.90%)、总多糖含量(8.39%)、总黄酮含量(8.31%)、总 生物碱含量(0.27%)和挥发油(0.039%);其中总多糖中主要有果糖(8.98%)、葡萄糖(15.55%)、蔗糖(24.75%)、木 糖(13.22%)和半乳糖(5.78%);抗菌活性从强到弱依次为:挥发油、总生物碱、醇浸出物、水浸出物、总黄酮和总多 糖,这表明阳荷挥发油是其主要抗菌活性成分.
英文摘要:
      Zingiber striolatum is an important dual-purpose plant for medicine and food in China, but it lacks basic research and relevant quality standards for a long time. According to the quality standard requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, this study established a method for the determination of water, ash, (water / alcohol) extract, volatile oil, total flavonoids, total alkaloids, total polysaccharides and five kinds of monosaccharides, and the antibacterial activity of each chemical component was determined. The results showed that the fresh Zingiber striolatum samples contained water (94.12%), ash (4.51%), water extract (28.22%), alcohol extract (38.90%), total polysaccharide (8.31%), total flavone (8.31%), total alkaloid (0.27%) and volatile oil (0.039%). The main monosaccharides in the total polysaccharides were fructose (8.98%), glucose (15.55%), sucrose (24.75%), xylose (13.22%) and galactose (5.78%). The order of antibacterial activity was: volatile oil, total alkaloids, alcohol extracts, water extracts, total flavonoids and total polysaccharides. This result indicating that the volatile oil of Zingiber striolatum was the main antibacterial component.
