      在做生化分析实验的过程中,实验人员向诸如96孔,384孔等微孔板进行移液加样操作时,由于微孔板的透明和密集,会大概率地出现错加和漏加的问题。针对此问题,设计了一款基于STM32微处理器和uCOS-II操作系统的加样指示跟踪器。该产品分为采集器和示踪台两部分,采集器通过传感器采集操作人员移液加样过程中的动作信息,采集到的动作信息经内部算法处理判断是否完成一次移液操作,并将结果发给示踪台,示踪台点亮完成移液操作的相应板孔,同时用红灯指示下一步待加样的微孔,实现指示和跟踪功能。该仪器可与绝大部分的移液枪兼容配套使用,具有携带方便,操作便捷,记录精准等特点,能有效地解决移液加样过程中存在的错加、漏加的问题,提高了加样效率和准确率。
英文摘要:
      During the biochemical analysis experiments, the experimenter often perform pipetting and loading on microplates of different sizes such as 96-hole and 384-hole. In the process, there is a high probability of errors such as making mistakes or omission. To solve this problem, a trace-man based on STM32 microprocessor and uCOS-II operating system is designed. The product is divided into two parts: the collector and the tracer. The collector collects the action information during the pipetting and loading process of the operator through the sensor. The action information collected by the collector is processed by the internal algorithm, which can accurately determine whether the operator completes, and the result is transmitted to the tracer by wireless communication. The tracer illuminates the corresponding plate hole of the pipetting operation to realize the trace function. The instrument is convenient to carry, convenient to operate and accurate to record. It can effectively avoid the situation of adding more or missing samples, improve the efficiency of adding samples and reduce the time cost of the experimenter.
