以四氢呋喃(THF)和水为反应介质,制备了具有聚苯乙烯核-交联聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)壳的纳米球,研究了水中的搅拌速率、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺浓度和苯乙烯的反应时间等因素对球体尺寸和单分散性的影响. 结果表明:在一定条件下,可以得到平均粒径为63 nm, 单分散性较好的纳米球. 同时, 苯乙烯在THF中的聚合时间为第一影响因素, 其次是在水环境聚合下的搅拌速度. 该方法在疏水性药物的输送、油-水分离、单分子检测、胶体科学等具有较高的吸引力. |

Abstract Nanospheres with polystyrene cores and crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) shells were fabricated using tetrahydrofuran and water as reaction media. The effect of reaction conditions, including stirring rates in water, N-isopropylacrylamide concentration and styrene reaction time on the size and monodispersity of the spheres were investigated. The results showed that a mean diameter of 63 nm with good monodispersity could be obtained under certain condition. Moreover, the polymerization time of styrene in THF was the prominent influencing factor, followed by the stirring speed for polymerization in water environment. The proposed protocol was highly attractive for hydrophobic-drug delivery, oil-water separation, single molecule detection, colloid science and so on. |
