      为探讨SnS2纳米片/氧化石墨烯(GO) 复合材料的光催化活性,采用液相氧化法制备GO,通过一步水热合成法,控制GO的含量和反应时间制备了一系列SnS2/GO 复合材料.采用XRD,DRS,TEM,IR表征了制得的催化剂,研究了催化剂在可见光(λ>420 nm)下降解甲基橙的催化性能.结果表明: 改变GO含量,SnS2六边形结构保持不变,SnS2/GO 复合材料比纯的SnS2具有更高的光催化活性.当GO与SnS2质量比为5%,反应36h催化效果较佳.
英文摘要:
      In order to study the photocatalytic activity of SnS2/GO composites,the liquid-phase oxidation method was used to prepare graphene oxide (GO).A series of SnS2/GO nanocomposites were synthesized via hydrothermal method by changing the quantities of GO and controlling the reaction time.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,DRS,TEM and IR,the photocatalytic activity were tested for the degradation of methyl orange (MO) under visible light (λ>420 nm) irradiation.The results showed that the SnS2 kept hexagonal structure with the changes of GO quantities and the SnS2/GO nanocomposites exhibited higher catalytic activity than pure SnS2.When the mass ratio of GO to SnS2 was 5% and reaction time was 36 hours,the product exhibited better photocatalytic activity.
