      提出了一种简便的血红细胞计数的工程方法,对血液图像依次进行灰度化、二值化、中值滤波、逻辑运算、形态学处理、细胞边界识别,最后进行了细胞数目统计. 实验结果表明: 这种改进的方法能使血液图像中的红细胞被有效地分割出来,成功地解决了目标粘连现象对后续分析、测量产生的干扰问题,算法基于Matlab平台,语言简便可行.与分水岭算法及基于ImageJ 软件的人工计数的结果比较,该方法的统计结果更准确,误差在5%以内,是一种有效的工程图像处理方法.
英文摘要:
      A simple engineering method for red blood cells counting was proposed. In the red blood cell image processing, graying,binaryzation,medium filtering,logical operation,morphology process,and cell edge detection were conducted in series to prepare for the final cell counting. The experimental results showed that is method can segment the blood cells in blood images effectively,which successfully solves the problem of overlapped objects with the high speed,the appropriate result and the automatic mode. The present algorithm is based on Matlab language,and is easy and simple to implement. Compared with the watershed algorithm and manual counting based on the commercial software ImageJ,the statistical results of the present method were relatively accurate with the error less than 5%. The present method was verified to be an effective engineering method in image processing.
