      目的: 建立蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌 100 L 发酵菌丝体质量标准, 并验证其安全性和免疫调节活性. 方法: 采用高 效液相色谱等方法,在测定菌丝体产量和腺苷含量的基础上,测定其水分、 一般杂质、 酸不溶性杂质和重金属含量. 此外,进行了小鼠免疫增强实验. 结果: 菌丝体产量不少于 20.80 g /L, 菌丝体中腺苷含量不少于 0.27% , 水分含量 不超过 6.71% ,总灰分含量不超过 1.26% ,酸不溶性灰分含量不超过 0.15% , 重金属含量少于国家标准计入质量 标准正文. 小鼠免疫增强实验显示,发酵菌丝体显著提高小鼠迟发型超敏反应,并对 IL-10、 IL-12、 IL-12R、 IFN-α 等 炎症相关因子水平具有上调作用. 结论: 初步建立了蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌 100 L 发酵菌丝体质量标准,并证实其在小白 鼠体内的安全性和免疫调节活性.

      Objective: Aim to establish the quality standard of the 100 L Fermentation Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium, and study on the safety and immunoregulation activity. Methods: With HPLC and other methods,detect the content of moisture, the general impurities, acid insoluble impurities and heavy metals basing on the output and adenosine concent of the mycelium to set up the quality standard. At the same time, the safety and immune regulation activity were determined by the immunological experiment of mice. Results: Mycelium yield is more than 20.80 g /L, adenosine is more than 0.27% , moisture content is less than 6.71% , total ash is less than 1.26% and acidinsoluble ash is less than 0.15% and heavy metal is less than mandatory standard as the quality standard. Meanwhile, the immunological experiment results show that Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium could observably improve the DTH reaction and improve the content of IL-10, IL-12, IL- 12R and IFN-α. Conclusions: The quality standard of 100 L Fermentation Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium is established, and the safety and immunoregulation function in mice are approved.
