      以聚氯乙烯(PVC)再生颗粒为原料,通过高能球磨法制备PVC微粉蜡.在球磨机转速500 r?min-1,球料质量比100︰1,NaCl/PVC质量比4︰1的条件下,所得产品d50小于10 μm.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及热重(TG)分析技术手段表征所得样品.结果表明:球磨后样品为不规则的片层颗粒,无污染杂质引入,且PVC结构未遭到破坏.

      Recycled Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) particles were used as raw materials to prepare PVC micropowder wax by high energy ball milling technique. Under the conditions of ball mill speed (500 r?min-1), ball to material mass ratio of 100︰1, and NaCl/PVC mass ratio of 4︰1, the d50 of the product was less than 10 μm. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis techniques. The results showed that the microstructure of sample after ball milling was of irregular sheet shape. No impurities were introduced and no damages occurred to the PVC structure.
