      目的:摸清重庆市梁平区双桂湖国家湿地公园药用植物资源现状,并对该地区中药资源的发展与保护提出建议,为其合理开发利用提供科学依据. 方法:通过野外实地调查、标本采集、鉴定和查阅相关文献,对湿地公园药用植物的组成、药效、药用部位进行深入分析. 结果:双桂湖国家湿地公园共有维管植物127科409属706种. 其中药用植物共计87科136属159种,占维管植物总种数的22.52%,优势科为菊科、蔷薇科、豆科、苋科、禾本科、伞形科、唇形科、大戟科,占湿地公园药用植物总资源的33.33%;列入中国珍稀濒危植物名录的有7种,其中国家一级保护植物3种,国家二级保护植物4种;外来入侵植物共有27种,占总种数的3.82%;药用植物的药用部位多集中于全草和根,分别占药用植物总种数的40.25%、23.27%. 结论:梁平双桂湖国家湿地公园内药用植物资源丰富,具有深入开发研究价值,应加强对该地区药用植物资源的保护和合理开发利用,从而促进梁平区中药资源可持续发展.

      Objective: To provide the scientific basis for effective protection and rational exploitation and utilization of local medicinal plants, a systematically investigation of medicinal plant resources in Shuanggui Lake National Wetland Park of Liangping District in the city of Chongqing was carried out. Methods: Through field investigation, specimen collection and identification, data collection and statistical analysis, the composition, pharmacodynamics and medicinal parts of medicinal plant resources in Wetland Park were analyzed in depth. Results: The investigation showed that there were 706 species of vascular plants belonging to 409 genera and 127 families in the wetland park. Among them, 159 species belong to 136 genera and 87 families, accounting for 22.52% of the total species. The dominant families are Compositae, Rosaceae, Leguminosae, Amaranthaceae, Gramineae, Umbelliferae, Labiatae and Euphorbiaceae, accounting for 33.33% of the total resources of medicinal plants in wetland parks. 7 species of rare and endangered plants, including 3 species of national first-class protection and 4 species under secondary protection.Besides, there are 27 species of invasive alien plants, which accounting for 3.82% of the total number of species. This study has found that the medicinal parts of medicinal plants are mostly concentrated in the whole grass and roots, accounting for 40.25% and 23.27% of the total number of medicinal plants, respectively.Conlusion:There are rich medicinal plant resources. It is necessary to further strengthen the protection, development and utilization of medicinal plant resources in the wetland area so as to make the resources of traditional Chinese medicine sustainable development in Liangping District.
