      目的:利用正交设计优选出大麻药总皂苷提取工艺.方法:在单因素实验结果的基础上,以大麻药总皂苷提取率和纯度为考察指标,设计L9(34)正交实验.考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取次数对大麻药总皂苷提取的影响。结果:大麻药总皂苷提取的最佳工艺为乙醇浓度90%,料液比1:10,提取时间2 h,提取次数2次.结论:该工艺稳定,所得总皂苷提取率及纯度较高,可为大麻药总皂苷的工业化生产提供科学依据.
英文摘要:
      Purpose: To optimize the extraction process of total saponins of Radix Dolichosae by orthogonal design. Methods: Based on the results of single factor experiments, the macroscopic experiment of L9(34) was designed based on the extraction rate and purity of total saponins of Radix Dolichosae. The effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of total saponins Radix Dolichosae were investigated. Results: The optimal extraction process for total saponins of Radix Dolichosae was ethanol concentration 90%, ratio of material to liquid 1:10, extraction time 2 h, and extraction times 2 times. Conclusion: The process is stable, and the total saponin extraction rate and purity are high, which can provide a scientific basis for the industrial production of total saponin of Radix Dolichosae.
