      针对传统IGBT隔离驱动方式存在的一些困难,本文提出了一种新的稳定,可靠的IGBT变压器隔离驱动方式,利用可调窄脉冲对IGBT的结电容进行充放电来控制IGBT的开通关断,使其可以做低频驱动信号处理,同时可以使驱动脉冲信号的占空比超过50%,简化驱动电路结构,降低成本。

      Considering some of the difficulities existing in traditional isolation driving ways to IGBT,a new stable,reliable IGBT drive mode including transformer isolation is proposed in this paper,which control to turn to or turn off IGBT by using tunable narrow pulse to charge or discharge the IGBT junction capacitance,reduce power consumption,can process low frequency drive signal.Meanwhile,this mode can make the drive pulse signal of the duty ratio of more than 50%,simplify the structure of driving circuit,and reduce the cost,
