      随着空气质量的恶化,阴霾天气现象出现增多,危害加重。由雾霾引起的闪络事故波及面广,停电时间长,给国民经济造成严重的损失。通过模拟雾霾天气的氛围,以超声水雾、水蒸气和烟气等为简化的雾霾模型,研究雾霾中不同因素和参数(物质成分、界面形状、粒径分布、体积分数、电压极性等)对输电线路间放电击穿电压和放电路径选择的影响,找到雾霾天气下电气外绝缘的击穿电压所需满足的绝缘水平和外绝缘工程最佳设计方法;同时研究模拟雾霾作为污染物对输变电设备的绝缘子的击穿特性,探索在这种特殊气象条件下的工频闪络的规律,提出更加准确的外绝缘防护措施。
英文摘要:
      With the deterioratingSairSquality, the haze phenomenon becomes more and more serious and theSdetriment is on the rise in China. Flashover incidents caused by haze will affect a wide range and lead to a long time failure of powers, which will bring huge losses to national economy. In order to understand the influences of the external insulation of the transmission lines, ultrasound-mist, vapor and smoke are employed to simulate fog-haze environment. The laws on the breakdown voltage and discharge path in the transmission lines have been investigated by the different factors and parameters in the haze.
