      为研究红毛七根及其根茎的化学成分,采用常压硅胶柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相高效液相制备色谱对其进行分离纯化,并且通过1H NMR和13C NMR波谱技术进行结构鉴定结果表明:从乙酸乙酯层中分离出7个化合物,分别鉴定为升麻素 (Ⅰ),香兰素(Ⅱ),对羟基苯甲酸(Ⅲ),对羟基苯乙醇(Ⅳ),阿魏酸(Ⅴ),异阿魏酸(Ⅵ),obtucarbamate A(Ⅶ),化合物Ⅰ-Ⅶ为首次分离得到。
英文摘要:
      To study of the chemical constituents of Caulophyllum robustom Maxim, the EtOAc extract of the rootand tuber of this plant were treated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC. The results indicated that seven compounds were isolated from the extract. The structures were identified by 1H NMR and 13C NMR as cimifugin(Ⅰ), vanillin (Ⅱ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅲ), Tyrosol (Ⅳ),ferulic acid(Ⅴ),isferulic acid(Ⅵ),obtucarbamate A(Ⅶ), It was the first time to isolate compounds Ⅰ~Ⅶ from the tubers of Caulophyllum robustom Maxim .
