      为建立蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌100 L发酵菌丝体质量标准,并验证其安全性和免疫调节活性。采用高效液相色谱等方法,在测定蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌100 L发酵菌丝体产量和腺苷含量的基础上,测定了一般杂质,酸不溶性杂质和重金属含量,并进行了小鼠免疫增强实验。将菌丝体产量不少于20.80 g?L-1,菌丝体中腺苷含量不少于0.27%,水分含量不超过6.71%,总灰分含量不超过1.26%,酸不溶性灰分含量不超过0.15%,重金属含量少于国家标准计入质量标准正文。小鼠免疫增强实验显示,其可显著提高小鼠迟发型超敏反应,并对 IL-10、IL-12、IL-12R、IFN-α 等炎症相关因子水平具有上调作用。研究初步建立了蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌100L发酵菌丝体质量标准,并证实其体内安全性和免疫调节活性。
英文摘要:
      Aim to establish the quality standard of the 100 L Fermentation Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium, and study on the safety and immunoregulation activity. With the method of high performance liquid chromatography and so on, detect the content of thegeneral impurities, acid insoluble impurities and heavy metals base on the product and adenosine to set up the quality standard of the 100 L Fermentation Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium. At the same time, the safety and immune regulation activity were determined by the immunological experiment of mice. Results show that mycelium yield is more than 20.80 g?L, adenosine is more than 0.27%, moisture content is less than 6.71%, total ash is less than 1.26% and acidinsoluble ash is less than 0.15% and heavy metal is less than mandatory standard as the quality standard. Meanwhile the immunological experiment results show that Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium can observably improve the DTH reaction and improve the content of IL10, IL12, IL12R and IFN-α. The quality standard of 100 L Fermentation Paecilomyces hepialid mycelium was established, and approves the safety and immunoregulation function in mice.
