山楂多糖的成分测定及其单糖组分分析研究

      目的:研究山楂多糖的总多糖成分及单糖组分。方法:用苯酚-硫酸法测定山楂多糖中中性多糖含量,用间羟基联苯法测山楂多糖中糖醛酸含量,用红外光谱法初步探究山楂多糖官能团,用气相色谱法分析山楂多糖中单糖组分。结果:山楂多糖中总多糖的含量为72.00%;糖醛酸的含量为14.98%;红外光谱分析表明山楂多糖可能为一种氨基多糖;气相色谱法分析得山楂多糖的单糖组成为,木糖、核糖、阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、果糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖,其质量分数分别为5.53%、13.85%、14.26%、9.29%、8.37%、19.91%、21.93%。结论:该方法比较便捷,有很高的重复性,可用于山楂多糖中单糖的组成成分分析。
英文摘要:
      Objective : To study the constituents and component of polysaccharides in Hawthorn. Methods :To measure the total constituents of total polysaccharides in the Hawthorn by phenol-sulfuric acid method and m-hydroxydiphenyl method. Exploring the functional group of the total polysaccharides by FT-IR; Analyzing the constitute of the monosaccharide by GC. Results: the total content of polysaccharides in the hawthorn is 72.00%, the content of the uronic acid is 14.98%,The FT-IR indicates that it may be a amino-polysaccharide in the hawthorn .The GC shows that the polysaccharides in the hawthorn include xylose, ribose, arabinose, rhamnose, fructose, glucose, galactose and the mass fraction of these are 9.29%、13.85%、14.26%、5.53%、8.37%、19.91%、21.93%. Conclusion:These method are convenient, fast and having better repeatability which can applying to proximate analysis of the monosaccharide in the hawthorn.
