      利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线光电子能谱仪(EDS)对湖北黄石市大气颗粒物样品进行形态特征观察和微区分析,电镜结果显示颗粒物多为形状不规则形貌不同的颗粒,是各种源尘的混合体。X-射线能谱分析和XPS图谱表明各微区中C,O,Si、Ca、Fe元素较多,其次是Si,S,Al,Na等。 Si的主要存在形式为硅酸盐、SiO2;Na的主要存在形式为Na2SO4、Na3PO4;Ca的主要存在形式为CaF2;S的主要存在形式为Fe2(SO4)3

      Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) was used to observe the morphology, while Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS) were used for analysis of the chemical components of the Atmospheric Particulate Matters (APMs) from Huangshi, Hubei province, China. It was found that the particles are mostly in irregular shape, reflecting that APMs are a mixture of various sources. EDS and XPS analysis showed that APMs are mainly composed of C, O, Si, Ca and Fe elements with small amount of Si, S, Al and Na elements. Element Si exists in forms of silicate or SiO2, Na element in Na2SO4 and Na3PO4, Ca element in CaF2, and S in Fe2(SO4)3.
