      以水为分散剂,可聚合乳化剂SE-10和苯乙烯为主要材料进行接枝共聚反应以制备功能化聚苯乙烯纳米球,利用红外光谱、扫描电镜和透射电镜对其微观结构进行表征。通过改变可聚合乳化剂SE-10的用量及反应温度等因素制备一系列聚苯乙烯纳米球,探究pH值、温度、功能聚苯乙烯纳米球用量、吸附时间对Cd2+吸附的影响规律,获得了制备形貌规整聚苯乙烯纳米球的合成条件和吸附Cd2+最佳效果的工艺,显示出功能聚苯乙烯纳米球对低浓度Cd2+具良好吸附效果。对于初始浓度为500ug/L的Cd2+溶液,吸附后Cd2+溶液浓度可降到2ug/L。

      Abstract:With water as dispersant,polymerizable?emulsifier?SE-10 co-polymerized? with?styrene as the?main?materials to?form the ?functional polystyrene?nanospheres successfully. Its micro-structures were characterized by FT-IR 、TEM and SEM. A series of polystyrene nanospheres were obtained under the conditions of changing the dosage of the polymeric emulsifier SE-10 and the reaction temperature, and the effects of pH value, adsorption temperature , the dosage of functional polystyrene?nanospheres and the adsorption time on the adsorption of Cd2+ were explored. The conditions of the reaction to obtain polystyrene?microsphere?with regular shape and the optimum conditions for the adsorption to Cd2+ were found. The?functional polystyrene nanospheres show a good adsorption effeciency on low concentration Cd2+. The final Cd2+ mass concentration is 2ug/L after adsorbing when the initial concentration is 500ug/L .
