      目的:研究维药阿里红多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用。方法:48只小鼠随机分为4组,即对照组,低、中、高剂量阿里红多糖组(100、200和400mg/kg.d)。各组小鼠分别灌胃(0.20mL/10 g?d)给予不同剂量的阿里红多糖,连续灌胃21d后,观察不同浓度的阿里红多糖对小鼠负重游泳时间,运动后小鼠血清尿素氮、血乳酸、肝糖原、肌糖原含量和小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、断头后呼吸维持时间的影响。结果:阿里红多糖能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动小鼠血清尿素氮、血乳酸含量,增加运动小鼠肝糖原、肌糖原含量,明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间及断头后呼吸维持时间。结论:维药阿里红多糖具有抗疲劳作用和提高耐缺氧能力作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the effects of Fomes officinalis polysaccharides on anti-fatigue, hypoxia tolerance action in mice. Methods: 48 mice were randomly divided into control group, and high-dose, middle-dose, low-dose groups of the Fomes officinalis polysaccharides, 12 mice in each group, all mice were administered by oral administration, once a day for 21 consecutive days, the effects of Fomes officinalis polysaccharides on the loaded-swimming time, the blood lactic acid, the serum urea nitrogen, the hepatic glycogen and the muscle glycogen, the survival time under hypoxia and the maintenance time after decapitation were observed in mice. Results: The Fomes officinalis polysaccharides could significantly prolong the loaded-swimming time, decrease the contents of blood lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen, increase the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen, significantly prolong the survival time under hypoxia and the maintenance time after decapitation comparing with the control group. Conclusion: The Fomes officinalis polysaccharides had the effects of anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance action.
