      本文探讨不同含量Ca的掺杂对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2材料结构和电性能的影响。以草酸为沉淀剂以不同含量Ca对LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2进行掺杂改性。

In in this paper, the influences of doping of different content of Ca on the structure and electrical properties of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 material were investigated. The electrochemical performances of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were improved by doped with different content of Ca via using oxalic acid as precipitant. The structure of the obtained samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD. The results showed that a small amount of Ca doping could successfully enter the lattice material. With the incorporation of Ca, the structure of the material was not changed, and the c axis shrinked and the crystal structure became compact. The charge discharge results at low rate (2.5-4.3 V; 0.5 C) showed that Ca could improve the cycle performance of the material to extent, and the tests at high rate (2.5-4.3 V; 5 C) showed that the doped-Ca can significantly improved cycle performance. DQ/dV analysis indicated that the polarization of the undoped material at the high rate was severe because the discharge platform seriously reduced, and the polarization of the doped Ca sample is not obvious, which indicated that Ca doping could inhibit material polarization, improve the electrochemical performances of the material.
