      以1-乙基碘化-2-甲基苯并噻唑为原料,合成一种新的噻唑衍生物(化合物1),并通过1H NMR、MS谱表征了其结构。以检测水溶液中HSO3-为目的,利用紫外-可见光谱研究了Cl-,Br-,I-,NO3-,H2PO4-,CO32-,HCO3-,ClO4-,SO42-,Ac-,HS-,HSO3-等常见阴离子对化合物1光谱的影响。研究表明:化合物1对HSO3-具有响应时间快、检测限低(0.25 μmol.L-1)等特点;通过比较发现,化合物1对HS ̄的检测限2.4 μmol.L-1,但需较长的反应时间。因此,在短时间、低浓度下,HS-对HSO3-的识别无明显干扰,化合物1可用于快速选择性检测HSO3-

      A new thiazole derivative was synthesized by 2 -methyl-1-ethyl benzothiazole iodide, which was then characterized by 1H NMR and MS.For the purpose of detection of HSO3-in aqueous solution, the interactions between the compound and some common anions were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy, including Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3-, H2PO4-, CO32-, HCO3-, ClO4-, SO42-, Ac-, HS-and HSO3-. The results showed that HSO3-could be recognized by the compound within 2 min, along with the color of the solution changing from deep-yellow color to colorless. The detection limit was calculated to be as low as 0.25 μmol.L-1. Moreover, in the much longer time, the compound also displayed recognition to HS-with the detection limit of 2.4 μmol.L-1. Therefore, the presence of HS- has no obvious interference for detecting HSO3- in a relative short time (such as 2 min), and low concentration of HS-. The new thiazole derivative can be used for detecting HSO3- rapidly and selectively.
