      为建立同时测定厚朴药材中多种金属元素含量的方法,并对不同产地厚朴中金属元素进行比较分析,经硝酸-高氯酸湿法消解样品后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其中Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn等10种金属元素含量。结果表明各元素标准曲线线性关系良好,r=0.9998~1.0000,加标回收率为90.55%~114.4%,不同产地厚朴样品中金属元素含量有明显差异,且存在重金属超标现象。说明该方法可快速、准确测定样品中多种元素含量,不同产地厚朴中金属元素的分析结果对厚朴的药理研究及质量控制有一定的参考价值。

      To establish a method for simultaneous determination of various metallic elements in Magnolia officinalis and compare the metallic elements of samples from different places, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the contents of Mn, Fe ,Ni ,Cu ,Zn and other metallic elements after the wet digestion of samples by nitric acid and perchloric acid. Good linear relationship of standard curves was obtained for each element, and the recovery ranged from 90.55%~114.4%. There were significant differences in the content of metallic elements in Magnolia officinalis from different areas, and heavy metals in some samples exceeded the limit. The results indicated that the method was rapid and accurate for multielement analysis, and the analysis could provide reference for pharmacological study and quality control of Magnolia officinalis.
