      通过Williamson醚化反应,在氯甲基化聚芳醚砜(CMPSF)侧链上部分接入查尔酮,再与N-甲基哌啶反应得到哌啶盐型光敏性聚芳醚砜(CMPSF200-HC60-pip). 利用1H NMR、FT-IR、UV-Vis、TGA等测试手段对聚合物结构及性能进行了表征与测试,探讨了交联对聚合物膜碱性稳定性的影响. 结果表明:高温碱性条件下,未交连聚合物在浸泡24 h后失重可达64%,而交联聚合物失重仅11%,光交联很大程度上提高了聚合物碱性稳定性.

      Photosensitive piperidinium functionalized polysulfones (CMPSF200-HC60-pip) was prepared by the reaction between N-piperidinium and CMPSF with 4-hydroxy chalcone groups at the side chains, which was synthesized by Williamson etherification reaction. The structure and properties of CMPSF200-HC60-pip were characterized and evaluated by using 1 H NMR, FT-IR UV-Vis and TGA method. The effect of crosslinking on the alkaline stability of polymer films was discussed. After immersing into alkaline solution at a high temperature for 24 h, the weight loss of the crosslinked membranes was 11% while weight loss of the uncrosslinked membranes was up to 64%. The results demonstrated that crosslinking could efficiently improve the alkaline stability of CMPSF200-HC60-pip.
