      环金属钌配合物具有良好的光化学物理性质,在光电化学领域颇受重视。本文将4-(2-吡啶基)苯乙酮与3-醛基-7-N,N-二乙基氨基香豆素进行缩合反应得到具有α,β-不饱和酮结构的C,N-配体(1); 再将该配体与[Ru(cycme)Cl2]2和2,2’-二联吡啶反应即可得到具有α, β-不饱和酮的环金属钌配合物(2),并通过1H NMR、MS和紫外-可见吸收光谱表征了其结构。紫外-可见光谱实验结果表明:该配合物的最大吸收峰位于475 nm,其摩尔消光系数达到5.2×104 mol-1×L×cm-1;在PBS缓冲溶液中,可选择性识别HSO3-,经计算得其对HSO3-检测限为37 mM。

      Cyclometallated ruthenium complexes have been concerned in photo-electric chemistry field because of their rich and good photochemical and photophysical properties. Herein, a new C,N-ligand (1) including α,β-unsaturated ketone was synthesized by condensation reaction between 3-aldehyde-7-N,N-ethylaminocoumarin and 4-(2-pyriyl)acetophenone. Then, the C,N-ligand reacted with [Ru(cycme)Cl2]2 and 2,2’-bipyridine to afford a new cyclometallated ruthenium complex (2) with α,β-unsaturated ketone, which was characterized by 1H NMR, MS and UV-Vis spectra. The UV-Vis spectra results showed that the maximum absorption band was centered at 475 nm with molar extinction coefficient as high as 5.2×104 mol-1×L×cm-1. Moreover, the complex exhibited a good selectivity and sensitivity to bisulfite over other common anions in PBS buffered solution. The limit of the detection of bisulfite was calculated as low as 37 mM.
