      以CuO-CeO2为活性组分,FeCrAl金属基体为载体制备了不同 Cu-Ce比例的金属基整体式催化剂,在固定床反应器上评价了催化剂的活性及稳定性.并且利用XRD、XPS等表征手段,对稳定性测试前后催化剂的结构进行了表征,深入研究了催化剂的结构和性能的关系.结果表明,反应后CuO颗粒变大及表面Cu2+的百分含量的降低是催化剂失活的主要原因.

      In this context, metal based monolithic catalysts with different Cu-Ce ratios were prepared by using CuO-CeO2 as active component and FeCrAl metal substrate as support. The corresponding activity and stability of catalysts were tested on a fixed bed reactor, and the structure of the catalysts before and after stability test were characterized by XRD, XPS and other characterization methods, which made deeper study of relationship between the structure and performance of catalysts.The results indicated that the main reasons for the deactivation of the catalysts were ascribed to the larger CuO particles and the decrease of the content of the surface Cu2+ after the reaction.
