      目的:评价九香虫提取物的抗疲劳和补肾壮阳活性。方法:九香虫水提取物低、高剂量组(1.4g.kg-1,7.0g.kg-1)灌胃给药15天后,测定小鼠力竭游泳时间、血清尿素氮和血乳酸含量等指标。皮下注射氢化可的松建立小鼠肾阳盛模型,九香虫提取物低、高剂量组连续灌胃30天,检测胸腺、脾脏、肾上腺、睾丸、精囊腺等脏器系数,检测小鼠交配能力(捕捉潜伏期、捕捉率、交配潜伏期、交配率等指标) 。结果:九香虫提取物高剂量组能显著降低血清乳酸和尿素含量,延长力竭游泳时间,具有明显的抗疲劳作用。九香虫提取物高剂量组能显著增加氢化可的松导致的肾阳虚小鼠的免疫器官、睾丸和附性器官的脏器系数,提高交配能力,具有明显的补肾壮阳作用。结论:九香虫提取物高剂量组具有明显的抗疲劳和补肾壮阳作用。

      Objective: To evaluate the anti-fatigue and aphrodisiac activities of extract from Aspongopus chinensis. Method: The loaded swimming time, contents of blood urea and lactic acid were measured, after low and high doses of extracts of Aspongopus chinensis (1.4 g.kg-1,7.0 g.kg-1) were treated by gavage for 15 days. The mice model of Yang deficiency was induced by subcutaneous administration of hydrocortisone. After two dosage groups of extracts were treated by gavage for 30 consecutive days, the organ coefficient of thymus, spleen, adrenal gland, testis, seminal vesicle, and the mating ability (capture latency, capture rate, mating latency, mating rate) were detected. Result: The high dose showed significantly anti-fatigue activity with reducing the content of serum lactic acid and urea, and prolonging the swimming time. The extracts of high dose also showed significantly aphrodisiac activities with increasing the organ coefficient of the immune organs, testicles and accessory organs of Yang deficiency mice, and improving the mating ability. Conclusion: The high dose group of extracts of Aspongopus chinensis had obvious anti-fatigue and aphrodisiac effect.
