      目的:优化人面果叶总黄酮的提取工艺.方法:利用单因素和正交实验法,以干膏得率和总黄酮得率为评价指标,考察了乙醇浓度、料液比和提取温度等因素对人面果叶总黄酮的提取效果的影响.结果:乙醇浓度70%,提取温度80 ℃,料液比1︰6,提取时间0.5 h,提取次数1次,为人面果叶总黄酮的最优提取工艺参数.按优选工艺进行验证,总黄酮得率可达4.96%,重现性良好.结论:该工艺优化了人面果叶总黄酮的提取过程,并验证了其稳定性.
英文摘要:
      Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus. Methods: The single-factor and orthogonal test were used by the index of the yields of dry extract and the total flav onoids. And the effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature on total flavonoids extraction were investigated. Results: The optimal extraction technology parameters of total flavonoids was determined as follows: ethanol concentration 70%, extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1︰6, extracting time 0.5 h, extraction 1 times. On the validation experiment under these optimal conditions,the total flavonoid yield could reach 4.96% with good reproducibility. Conclusion: The extraction technology of total flavonoids from the leaves of Garcinia xanthochymus was optimized, and the stability of the technology was verified.
