      为寻找新型农药分子,以氟虫腈为原料,通过溶剂热法与苄胺肟反应,将苯基吡唑与三唑环连接,成功合成荧光农药2-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基-苯基)-5-(5-苯基-1H-[1,2,4]三唑)-4-三氟甲基-2H-吡唑-3-胺,其结构经IR、ESI-MS、1H NMR、元素分析和晶体结构确证。并优化其合成条件,最优为:DMSO作溶剂,醋酸铜作为催化剂,三乙胺作为碱性试剂,120℃下反应12 h,产率为75.7%。该化合物荧光性能为氟虫腈3倍,为农药自然降解、检测农药疏导性以及农药残留打下基础。

      In order to find a new type of pesticide molecule, fipronil was used as a raw material to react with benzylamine by solvothermal method, and phenylpyrazole was linked with triazole ring to successfully synthesize fluorescent pesticide 2-(2,6-dichloro-4- Trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-5-(5-phenyl-1H-[1,2,4]triazole)-4-trifluoromethyl-2H-pyrazol-3-amine. Its structure was confirmed by IR, ESI-MS, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and crystal structure. And optimize its synthesis conditions, DMSO as solvent, copper acetate as catalyst, and triethylamine as alkaline reagent are the best. The reaction was carried out at 120 ° C for 12 h, and the yield was 75.7%. The fluorescent property of this compound is 3 times that of fipronil, which lays a foundation for the natural degradation of pesticides, detection of pesticides and pesticide residues.
