      先以Mannich反应合成了单体2,2’-二-(二甲氨基)-4,4’-联苯二酚(DABP),再控制DABP和4-DHC的配比,与全氟联苯通过缩聚反应合成了两种在侧链上含叔胺基团的光敏性聚芳醚聚合物,聚合物化学结构及性能通过1H-NMR、FT-IR、UV-Vis、TGA、DSC等进行表征与测试,探讨了交联对聚合物性能的影响.结果表明,该聚合物具有良好的溶解性、热稳定性和光敏性,交联可提高其耐溶剂性和热稳定性.
英文摘要:
      2,2''-di-(dimethylamino)-4,4''-biphenyldiol(DABP) was prepared by the Mannich reaction, and two photosensitive poly ( arylene ether)(PSPAE-TAx)containing tertiary amine groups at theside chains were synthesized by the Polycondensation reaction from different molar ratios DABP, 4-DHC and perfluorobiphenyl. The chemical structures and the properties of PSPAE-TAx were characterized by 1H-NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TGA and DSC, and the influences of photo-crosslinking on the performances of PSPAE-TAx was also investigated. It was shown that PSPAE-TAx have excellent solubility, thermal stability and photosensitivity, and the solvent resistance and thermal stability of PSPAE-TAx are enhanced by photo-crosslinking.
