      为了解决“一路一线”模式的换乘问题,提出了一种十字路口布局及其相位方案。设置了左转、直行、右转和公交4种进口道,并将右转车流纳入统一控制。停靠站设置在公交进口道边和出口道边,公交车通过路口时分别停靠2个站,换乘不过斑马线,可以实现换乘方便、快捷,并分散客流,避免拥挤。使用4相位动态配时方案,每个相位通过5股车流和1股行人交通流,同一股右转车流在一个相位周期内被放行2次,相位内的交通流冲突,而且行人、右转车流和非机动车三者之间也没有相互冲突,提高了安全性。对换乘时间进行了详细分析,说明了在某些特定条件下换乘比不换乘更省时间,提出了红灯效应和拥堵效应等概念。对通行能力进行了初步分析,结果表明该布局可以提高通行能力。

      This paper put forward a intersection layout and its traffic signal phase design in order to solve the problem of transfer based on the “one road one line” mode. It set four kinds of approaches that included the left-turn approach, the straight approach, the right-turn approach and the bus approach, and the right-turn traffic flows ware controlled uniformly. The bus stations are located at the edges of the bus lane upstream and the bus lane downstream. Bus stop at two bus stations respectively through a intersection, and when passengers change, don’t pass through zebra crossings, the layout is fast and convenient to transfer, and can disperse passenger flows, and avoid congestion. Four phase dynamic timing scheme was used, there were five traffic flows and one pedestrian flow each phase, and the same right-turn traffic was passed two times in one phase cycle, there were not traffic flow conflicts in each phase, and there were all no conflicts between the right-turn traffic, pedestrians flows, and non-motorSvehicles flows, and the security is improved. Transfer time was analyzed in detail, it is concluded that transfer is better than no transfer to save time in some of the special conditions, and put forward a few of new concepts, such as the red light effect and the congestion effect, and so on. Traffic capacity was analyzed preliminary, the results show that the layout can improve traffic capacity.
