      随着经济社会的高速发展和城市范围的不断扩张,查违控违工作日益紧迫。无人机因其灵活快捷、分辨率高、时效性强等特点,正成为城市违法建设监测的有力工具。本文从影像采集、处理及动态监测三个方面阐述了利用无人机进行城市控违监测的方法。为提高影像动态监测效率,采取基于分类后比较的变化检测技术手段提取违法建设可疑区域。通过控违监测实例表明该方法技术流程合理,可有效完成监测任务。自动化检测提取的可疑区域与实际违建区域相关性较高,明显地提高了动态监测的效率。本文总结了无人机城市控违监测的关键技术,以供相关研究与应用。

      With the economy and society’s rapid development and urban area’s continuous expansion, it’s more and more urgent to check and control illegal construction. Unmanned aerial vehicle (uav) is becoming a powerful tool for monitoring urban illegal construction due to its features of flexibility, high resolution and quick speed. This paper discusses the method of urban illegal control’s monitoring by uav from three aspects of image acquisition, processing and dynamic monitoring. In order to improve the efficiency of image dynamic monitoring, a change detection technique based on post-classification comparison is adopted. The example of illegal control’s monitoring shows that this method has a reasonable technological process and can accomplish the monitoring task effectively. The correlation between the suspicious area extracted by automatic detection and the actual illegal construction area is relatively high, which obviously improves the efficiency of dynamic monitoring. This paper summarizes the key technologies of uav urban illegal control’s monitoring, which can be used for reference in relevant research and application.
