N,N,N",N"-四(2-羟乙基)乙二胺常压催化CO<sub>2</sub>与环氧烷耦合反应研究

      利用廉价易得的N,N,N",N"-四(2-羟乙基)乙二胺(THEED)与四丁基碘化铵(TBAI)组成二元催化体系,催化二氧化碳(CO2)与环氧烷在常压下进行耦合反应.系统探讨了温度、助催化剂等因素对反应的影响,得到最佳的反应条件为:催化剂用量n(THEED:TBAI)=1:4, 反应温度60℃,反应时间24h。在最佳条件下,THEED与TBAI共催化活性最好。合成的环状碳酸酯的产率达90%以上,产物的选择性均达到>99%。
英文摘要:
      Coupling reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxides was catalyzed by the system of N,N,N",N"-tetra(2-hydroxyethyl)(THEED) ethylenediamine and tetrabutyl ammonium iodide (TBAI) to produce value-added cyclic carbonates without any solvent under atmospheric pressure. The influence factors on the reaction as temperature, cocatalyst, etc., was systematically studied to obtain the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: catalyst dosage n(THEED:TBAI)=1:4, reaction temperature 60℃,reaction time 24h. Under the optimum conditions, catalytic activity of THEED/TBAI reaches the best. The yield of synthetic cyclic carbonate is over 90%,the selectivity of the products achieves >99%.
