      为研究藏药宽筋藤的化学成分,利用溶剂提取法,正、反相硅胶柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱法对其乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据确定化合物结构。结果表明:从宽筋藤乙醇提取物中分离得10个化合物,包含6个酚类以及4个生物碱类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲醛(1),香草醛(2),香草乙酮(3),异莨菪亭(4), 香草酸(5),丁香酸(6),伪巴马汀(7),trans-N-coumaroyltyramine(8),trans-N-feruloyltyramine(9),trans-N-feruloyl-3¢-O-methyldopamine(10)。化合物3、4和 10为首次从宽筋藤中分离得到。

       To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Tibetan medicineTinospora sinensis(Lour.) Merr., the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction method,the normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis. The results indicated that 10 compounds, including 6 phenols and 4 alkaloids, were isolated from the ethanol extract of T. sinensis, which were identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1),vanillin(2),acetovanillone(3),
