      目的:研究天花粉样品干燥过程中水分状态与含量变化规律,为天花粉合理加工提供依据。方法:采用低场核磁共振与成像技术(LF-NMR、MRI)研究天花粉样品在干制过程中氢质子(H)的横向弛豫时间(T2)、MRI图像的变化,揭示样品中水分含量、状态与分布变化规律。 结果:鲜天花粉中水分含量为64.96%,主要为自由水(峰面积占比77.79%),其余为束缚水。在干燥过程中,T2向左移动,水流动性降低,自由水含量不断降低,束缚水含量先减少再增加,随后在减少;干燥终点时,自由水含量先于束缚水趋近于零值,饮片外层水分先于内层干燥完毕,且干燥过程随干燥温度升高而加快。MRI图像可直观显示水分含量和分布区域由外向内的变化。结论 研究建立了中药水分低场核磁分析技术,可为中药干燥终点判定与工艺条件优化提供了新的技术手段与示范。

      Objective Study on the change of moisture status and content during the processing of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. Methods Low-field NMR and imaging techniques (LF-NMR, MRI) were used to investigate the change of transverse relaxation time (T2) and MRI image during processing of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim to reveal the rules in moisture content, state and distribution. Results The results showed that the moisture content of fresh sample in the test sample was 64.96%, mainly free water (peak area accounted for 77.79%). During the drying process, T2 moved to the left and the water mobility decreased. The free water content decreased continuously, and the bound water content first increased and then decreased. At the end of the drying, the free water content tended to zero compared with the bound water; the outer layer moisture of the slices was dried earlier than the inner layer, and the drying process was accelerated with the increase of the temperature. The MRI image directly showed that moisture transfer was outside-in process for both increased and decreased. Conclusion The LF-NMR analysis technology of Chinese medicine that have been established in this study, providing new technical means and demonstration for the determination of drying end point and process conditions of traditional Chinese medicine.
