      Nakayama和Shimojo提出了一种新形式的基于遮挡几何学恢复深度的da Vinci立体视,但Gillam等认为他们所采用的立体图中的单眼性条棒的深度来自于双重融合而非遮挡。Cook和Gillam通过构建一种新颖的侵入构型,发现所有观察者都不能观察到双眼性融合所预期的3-D弯曲表面,从而认为该构型下的实验肯定了某种da Vinci立体视的存在。本研究通过将原始侵入构型在垂直方向上进行拉伸,改变构型的视差梯度,发现所有观察者都能够观察到容易识别的3-D表面,从而证明侵入构型的深度还是基于融合性立体视。
英文摘要:
      Nakayama and Shimojo proposed a new form of da Vinci stereopsis based on occlusion geometry to recover depth, but Gillam et al. believed that the depth of the monocular bar in the stereogram they adopted came from double fusion rather than occlusion. By constructing a novel intrusion configuration, Cook and Gillam found that none of the observers could observe the 3-D curved surface expected by binocular fusion, and thus concluded that the experiment in this configuration confirmed the existence of some form of da Vinci stereopsis. In this study, by stretching the original intrusion configuration in the vertical direction and changing the disparity gradient of the configuration, it was found that all observers could observe the easily identified complex 3-D surface, which proved that the depth of the intrusion configuration was still based on fusional stereopsis.
