      为寻找一种高效快速合成芳基羧酸衍生物的通用方法,以超声波辐射法,用醇、胺为原料,分别与酰氯,通过酯化和酰化反应,在室温下高效合成了28种桥联型(双、三、四)芳基羧酸衍生物.并通过红外、核磁共振、质谱、元素分析等手段对产物进行结构表征.结果表明:该超声波辐射方法具有反应时间短,反应产率高的优势,同时反应过程条件温和,无需使用催化剂,污染少,属于绿色合成,是合成芳基羧酸衍生物的一种新型通用方法.
英文摘要:
      In order to find a general method for the efficient and rapid synthesis of aryl carboxylic acid derivatives, by ultrasonic radiation method, using alcohols or amines as starting materials and esterification and acylation with acid chlorides respectively, 28 kinds of bridged (bis-, tri- and tetra-) aryl carboxyl derivatives have beenwere efficiently synthesized at room temperature. Their structural structures of these products were characterization characterized of these products by means of IR, 1HNMR, MS, elemental analysis and so on. The results indicated that the ultrasonic irradiation method had the advantages of short reaction time and high reaction yield, . aAnd the reaction process has mild condition, with no need to use catalyst, belonging to green synthesis, which is a new general method for synthesizing synthesis of aryl carboxylic acid derivatives.
