      当前,我国经济发展正值新、旧动能转换的关键时期,供给侧改革、制造业转型升级对高质量人力资源提出迫切要求,时代呼唤“大国工匠”和“工匠精神”,高技能人才队伍建设再次成为各方关注焦点。本文联系当前实际,详细梳理了近年来相关领域的前沿研究,依托胜任力理论,对企业高技能人才绩效考核进行了深入研究,尤其是对在互联网、人工智能技术背景下,高技能人才绩效考核指标体系进行了拓展研究,并提出了相关对策建议。
英文摘要:
      At present, China''s economic development is in the critical period of the transformation. Supply-side reform and manufacturing transformation and upgrading put forward urgent demands for high-quality human resources. The construction of high-skilled personnel has once again become the focus of attention. Based on the current reality, the paper combs the frontier research in relevant fields in recent years. Relying on competency theory, the paper make a thorough study on the performance of high-skilled talents in enterprises. Especially under the background of Internet and artificial intelligence technology, the performance appraisal index system of high-skilled talents has been expanded, and relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.
